What hours are you open?

We are open 7 days a week, from 8am to last wash at 8pm. We are closed for certain holidays, please call for specifics.

How do the machines work?

We are staffed full time by knowledgeable and friendly attendants who will assist you with your selection and how to use it.

What form of payment do you take?

Our machines accept coin, credit, debit and FASCARD frequent customer loyalty cards.

Where do I park?

We have plenty of FREE parking in the front.

Wash & Fold FAQ

What is the turn around on a typical wash and fold order?

Most wash and fold orders will be complete in 24 hours. We also offer same service when possible.

Will you wash clothes separately?

All orders are washed individually and will never be combined with another customer’s order.

Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?

Yes!  You will be able to provide your personal preferences that will be followed each and every time.

Commercial Laundry Service FAQ

Do I need to sign a contract?

No contract is required. We will earn your business each and every time we launder your items.

Does Monterey Express Wash lease any items?

We do not lease linens and other garments.  Monterey Express Wash will launder your business’ laundry separately and you will receive back exactly what you handed to us.
